We will review your concerns promptly and, if appropriate, schedule a free re-clean of the affected areas. We want every client to feel confident and cared for by our team.Because cleaning services are time-based and labor-intensive, refunds are generally not issued for completed services. However, in exceptional cases where a re-clean is not possible or an issue cannot be resolved, a partial or full refund may be granted at management’s discretion.
To qualify for a re-clean or refund review:The issue must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.The property must remain in the same condition as when our team finished cleaning.Refunds cannot be provided for dissatisfaction based on personal preferences not discussed prior to the appointment, or for issues outside the scope of the agreed service (e.g., permanent stains, structural damage, or cluttered areas we couldn’t access).
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 80% of the quoted service price. This fee helps compensate our professional cleaners for the time and travel reserved exclusively for your appointment.If you prepaid for a service and need to reschedule, we are happy to apply your payment toward a future booking—simply contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
